PERSONAL TRAINER

Sasha Hulisz

I know how confusing fitness and nutrition can feel when you don’t have a clear plan.

There’s so much information out there… different workouts, different diets, different opinions and it’s easy to feel stuck not knowing what actually works for you.

That’s where I come in.

As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I focus on simplifying the process, giving you structure, clarity, and a plan that’s built around your goals and your lifestyle.

I’ve also specialized in tactical conditioning and glute development, which means whether your focus is performance, strength, or building a stronger, more confident physique, I can help you get there with intention.

When you work with me, you can expect:

A personalized plan for both training and nutrition

A focus on strength, conditioning, and targeted muscle development

Clear guidance that takes the guesswork out of your routine

Support and accountability to help you stay consistent

Because results don’t come from doing more…

They come from doing the right things consistently.

My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and control, so you can feel your best and perform at your highest level.

PERSONAL TRAINER

James Kolasinski “Jimmy”

I didn’t learn discipline in a book, I earned it over 8 years as an Infantry soldier in the U.S. Army.

That’s where I learned what it really means to show up when it’s hard… stay consistent when it sucks… and push past limits when your mind is telling you to quit.

But real life doesn’t stop.

As a father of four boys, I understand what it’s like to juggle responsibilities, provide for your family, and still try to show up for yourself. And the truth is, most people don’t struggle because they lack motivation.

They struggle because they don’t have structure. Discipline. Accountability.

That’s where I come in.

As a NASM certified personal trainer, I’ll give you a clear plan, meet you where you’re at, and push you to become more than you thought you could be.

When you work with me, you can expect:

A structured plan built around your goals and your schedule

Real accountability not just check-ins, actual coaching

Training that builds strength, confidence, and resilience

A no-excuses approach that drives real, lasting results

Because this isn’t just about getting through workouts.

It’s about becoming someone who shows up, follows through, and doesn’t quit—no matter what.

“The only easy day was yesterday.”

PERSONAL TRAINER

Taylor Baldwin

I’ve always been driven by performance.

As a former NCAA Division I volleyball athlete, I learned what it takes to train with purpose, push past limits, and compete at a high level. But more importantly, I learned how powerful it feels to be strong, confident, and capable in your own body.

And that’s exactly what I want for you.

I know starting—or restarting—your fitness journey can feel overwhelming. It’s easy to get stuck not knowing where to begin… or how to stay consistent when life gets busy.

That’s where I come in.

My approach combines athletic-based training with structure, support, and accountability so you’re not just working out, you’re training with intention.

Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose body fat, or simply feel stronger and more confident, I’ll help you create a plan that fits your life and push you to follow through.

When you work with me, you can expect:

A structured plan built around your goals and lifestyle

A focus on strength, conditioning, and performance

Coaching that supports you, challenges you, and keeps you accountable

A sustainable approach that delivers real, lasting results

Because fitness shouldn’t feel like punishment.

It should feel empowering.

My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and control so you can show up at your best, both in and out of the gym.
