Brad Ackerman is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Therapy specialist. He seeks to provide structure and training knowledge for all of his clients, as well as creating habits that last a lifetime. He specializes in coaching proper movement and strength progression through appropriate exercise selection.

Jahmal Green, AKA “Grandad,” is certified through American Fitness Training of Athletics (AFTA). He has worked with very diverse populations, from disabled veterans to national champions in T&F.

Cheyenne Allen is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. She specializes in strength training, muscle building, and weight loss.

Noah Asmus is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a BA in Exercise Science. He has been training for the past 4 years and specializes in helping adults get fit through healthy eating & proper weight training.

Gavin Brown, AKA Big Cheese, is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer. He specializes in muscle building and functional fitness.

Leah Walter is a certified Personal Trainer and IFBB Pro. She is passionate about helping others find happiness in life and feeling good about the body they are in. She believes when you feel good, you can excel in all areas.

“For me, a healthy lifestyle is so much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, eating healthy, prioritizing recovery, and enjoying the process. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with enough hard work. My end goal as a trainer is to help you achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health issues, reach new goals, and have fun doing it!”

Logan Ankney is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer who specializes in coaching proper form, weight loss, and specific exercise selection. He aims to help others find their passion in achieving their fitness goal.
