Hello FitFam, my name is Ninfa. My Revitalize journey started in March of 2024 when I was eligible for Medicare, and my benefit plan included a gym membership. After completing my Medicare health checkup, I could see some new medications were in my future. I decided that it was time to take control of my health and put up a good fight. I welcomed my trainer Noah about mid-May. My weekly routine includes walking every day, a workout with Noah, and getting additional resistance training on my own. Fast forward to my September follow-up doctor visit, and I’m down 10 pounds, and the medication can has been kicked down the road. My Revitalize family is an AWESOME group, as well as all of the friendly people I have met. With the help of Revitalize and Noah, I will continue to make my health a priority. Today, we’re celebrating the Pacynski sisters! Debbie, Cathy and Denise have been members since December 2010 and we look forward to seeing them throughout the week! Debbie, Cathy, and Denise do just about everything together. Debbie is the “uber driver” as she calls it for the sisters. That could be for their trip to the gym or on a vacation. They all enjoy to travel together when outside the gym. A few of those places being Mt. Rushmore in South Dakota, Cape Cod in Massachusetts and Pigeon Forge in Tennessee. The Revitalize Fitness community is sending two trailers full of necessary supplies to the Tampa area to assist those affected by Hurricane Milton. Please help us by dropping off bottled water, blankets, medical supplies, disposable plates, utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, wipes, garbage bags and work gloves to either of our locations. We’ll be leaving late Sunday night, so all donations need to be dropped off by Sunday afternoon.
