Joseba Iparraguirre
Joseba, aka “Seb” is a dedicated soldier in the Ohio Army National Guard and a passionate fitness professional with a strong academic background. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in programming and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology.
With over three years of experience as a personal trainer and a background as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Joseba combines real-world application with evidence-based methods. He specializes in muscle building, body fat reduction, and developing individualized nutrition protocols to help clients reach their full potential.
Joseba is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Bodybuilding Specialist. He also holds a Level 1 J3U Certification, further solidifying his expertise in physique development.
His mission is to help others realize they are capable of far more than they once believed. As he puts it:

Joseba is passionate about bodybuilding and aspires to work with competitive athletes and bodybuilders at all levels.

Brent Deyarmond
Brent is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience in training and athletics. His background includes coaching Junior High and High School Football as well as Track & Field, giving him a strong foundation in athletic performance and youth development.
Brent’s personal journey of losing over 100 pounds fuels his passion for helping others transform their lives through fitness. He specializes in muscle building, fat loss, and athletic training, and is committed to guiding clients at every stage of their fitness journey with knowledge, motivation, and empathy.

Jahmal Green
Jahmal, AKA “Grandad,” is certified through American Fitness Training of Athletics (AFTA). He has worked with very diverse populations, from disabled veterans to national champions in T&F.

Cheyenne Allen
Cheyenne is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. She specializes in strength training, muscle building, and weight loss.

Leah Walter
Leah is a certified Personal Trainer and IFBB Pro. She is passionate about helping others find happiness in life and feeling good about the body they are in. She believes when you feel good, you can excel in all areas.
“For me, a healthy lifestyle is so much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, eating healthy, prioritizing recovery, and enjoying the process. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with enough hard work. My end goal as a trainer is to help you achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health issues, reach new goals, and have fun doing it!”

Ethan Weinrich
Ethan is a dedicated Competitive Bodybuilder, Health Science Major, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Nutrition Coaching and Physique/Bodybuilding. Ethan brings a powerful combination of academic knowledge, real-world experience, and personal passion to every client he works with.
His mission goes beyond aesthetics—Ethan is passionate about helping others unlock their full potential by transforming not just their bodies, but their lives. Through tailored training programs and individualized nutrition strategies, he empowers clients to break through barriers, achieve lasting results, and build confidence from the inside out.
